Freely arrange your flight plan to the time and place of departure and arrival that you desire. Enter and leave the airport smoothly with our business jet terminal/FBO, and use the jet as a private office to maximize your time while you are on the move.
Arrange direct flights to overseas cities based on your own schedule, even if there are no regular flights scheduled. Transfer from a regular flight to a charter flight overseas when traveling to and from major cities.
Comfort and Privacy
Travel in an exclusive, highly confidential room reserved for only you and your group, so you can enjoy meals and sleep comfortably. You can also use the exclusive business jet terminal/FBO to enter and leave the airport with a sense of privacy.

We only select operating companies who are qualified based on our own JAL safety standards.

Our staff will assist you when connecting from a JAL flight to a business jet flight, and vice versa.

Earning miles

JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members can earn miles according to the type of charter flight, the destination and the number of passengers.

  • Please let us know your JMB membership number when requesting a charter flight. Requests for mileage credit cannot be accepted after a charter flight has been booked.
  • The number of passengers is the total number of JAL mileage members and non-members. The Miles will be offered to JAL mileage members only.
  • Miles can be earned for up to 15 passengers.
  • The miles will be added at the end of the month following the month in which the last departure date falls.
  • Miles are not earned according to the number of miles flown.

Travel with Your Pet

We know pets are a part of your family, so now, you can fly together on the same flight.
Pets (including dogs, cats, and small birds) that can pass through the boarding gate and travel in a pet crate that fits in your cargo may fly with you.

  • Please make sure your pet is in healthy condition, without any respiratory diseases, etc.
  • Please prepare your own pet crate, and make sure it is clean without any water leaks or odors.
  • Please prepare items such as a water dispenser and towels with your pet's favorite scent in the pet crate.
  • Depending on the operating company, it may vary whether your pet can travel with you in the cabin, in the pet crate, or in the cargo hold.
  • The operating company may ask you to submit a "Consent Form."
  • For overseas travel, please be prepared to provide an "Export Quarantine Certificate" or "Vaccination Certificate" if required by the destination country.
  • Pets that are prohibited by ordinances and regulations are not allowed on board.

Flights with Special Medical Care

Passengers who have been injured or fell sick while traveling and are flying for medical treatment in Japan or abroad can fly while lying down.
Family members are also allowed to accompany you on board, so you can fly with peace of mind.

  • You must arrange for a doctor to accompany you on the flight.
  • Any medical equipment (other than stretchers) is to be arranged by you.
  • A doctor-issued medical certificate and a consent form from your family are required for the flight.
  • It may not be possible to fly depending on your condition on the day of the flight.
  • Please provide information about your medical equipment in advance, in order to verify that it will not interfere with the aircraft instruments.
